No one will be jobless due to disabilities

In Bangladesh, it is difficult for the people with disabilities to be hired. I hire people with disabilities and provide skill-up training so that they can perform the same tasks as healthy people after hiring. I want to create an environment where people can become independent in terms of work and economy regardless of their disabilities.

From my University life I wanted to start a business. But I had no experience and money. Then I decided to join in a factory to earn the experience and money. But after completing my graduation, fortunately I knew about the BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Ltd. which attracted me. I thought, its the perfect place to make y dream come true. Because, from here I can get experience and get my mind satisfaction. As I wanted to start a business to give the working opportunity to my rural people, here I can give the working opportunity to the helpless & poor people not only for my rural people, but also can ensure for whole Bangladesh.

During working in BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Ltd., I realized that there are some peoples who are comparatively more helpless due to their disabilities. So, I decided to work for them by creating working opportunity for those people who are physically challenged. I want to ensure a working place for the physically challenged people who can ensure his/her shelter, clothing, proper medication, their baby's education and other facilities as the normal peoples are ensuring by themselves.

なぜ会社を立ち上げたのか？

From my childhood, I was little bit emotional about the poor and helpless people surrounding me. And I worked with lots of Voluntary work in my university life. Because, I felt satisfaction from my mind when I could help the other people. As I am, I wanted to do something for the helpless and poor people. I wanted to start a business to create the working opportunity to my rural people. But I didn’t have the experience and money. When I knew about the BLJ, I didn’t want to miss the chance to join here. Finally, I joined here in 2015 and worked there till 2018. In 2018, I got a chance to join Bangladesh Leather Inspection Ltd. On that time I felt that by working at BLI I can get more mind satisfaction by working for the physically challenged people. Because, I think physically challenged people are more helpless due to their disabilities. Now, I am working for the physically challenged people who are refusing by others for their disabilities.

今の仕事の喜びは？

I am not satisfied to work only for 23 people. Before pendemic(CORONA), it was 42. We are planning to increase this no by working with a new project where we can create more working opportunities.

次のチャレンジは？

I want to ensure a working place for the physically challenged people who can ensure his/her shelter, clothing, proper medication, their baby’s education and other facilities as the normal peoples are ensuring by themselves.

I believe that no one will be jobless due to their disabilities who want to change his fate by working here.

I was born in 1992 and completed my graduation in 2015 in Leather Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). After completing my graduation when I knew about the BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Ltd., I was so excited to join here. I thought, it's the perfect place to make my dream true and finally I joined at BLJ in 2015. Now, I am the responsible of Bangladesh Leather Inspection Ltd. and I want to create the 5,000 vulnerable peoples working opportunity who are neglected by others due to their physically disabilities.
