Build a poverty free Bangladesh

I have been able to provide employment of around 1000 vulnerable people those who were struggling to manage a job for themselves. There are lots of peoples still waiting to get a chance of work, Within next two years, I want to ensure double the employment of the current people.

Joined Borderless Japan

I was putting my life on the line to take care of the starving people of my country.' As a result, at my 30 years old , I joined Borderless Japan Corporation as a permanent employee. Then I had to stay in Japan for two months. The business plan had to be prepared after various researches.

I established BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited

I started BLJ Bangladesh operations started in 2013 with the aim of creating more job opportunities to solve unemployment problem in Bangladesh, especially for excluded portions of the population who cannot find jobs due to their physical inability, because they are divorced women, single mother or because they are 3rd gender.

I established Bangladesh Leather Inspection Ltd

I want to ensure a working place for the physically challenged people who can ensure his/her shelter, clothing, proper medication, their baby's education and other facilities as the normal peoples are ensuring by themselves.

I established BLJ Apparels Ltd.

For BLJ Apparels Ltd I choose to hire single mothers over otherwise well-qualified people because that is the social impact I wanted to provide to society.I wanted to provide an in-house daycare facility so mothers can work with peace of mind. I also wanted to provide a them with a stable income so that they can afford to send their children to school.

I established BLJ Footware Ltd.

I started this project to create employment only for the deaf and dumb people of Bangladesh

なぜ会社を立ち上げたのか？

There are thousands of social problems in our country. The unemployment of some people in our country used to make me think. Still there are millions of helpless, elderly, orphaned, disabled women and men in our country, no one gives them jobs or work. I had a dream to build their career and future. Progress for me has never been a dream. It is with this belief that I started BLJ Bangladesh Corporation LTD. in 2013.

Overcoming challenge after challenge with the support of my brilliant team,I have been successful in bringing BLJ Bangladesh to a new milestone of global recognition.So far, I have been able to provide employment to nearly 1000 disadvantaged people in Bangladesh.

The journey of BLJ Bangladesh is never ending. But with the support of my team and clients, I am confident that the company will continue to scale milestones of excellence for years to come.I want to ensure the income, education and better life of the underprivileged and poor people of Bangladesh. Defeat the shame and win the goal, inshallah.

Born in 1981, from Dhaka Bangladesh. While attending University of Dhaka, he studied specialized professional education and research work in the field of Education in Bangladesh at the Institute of Education and Research (IER). After graduating, I worked at Borderless Japan, Tokyo Office. currently working at BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited as a Managing Director and founded BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited at the age of 31.
